The new feature which has been recently added is that , whenever any unregistered user / guest / signed out user clicks a bookmark present in INB then there will be a message which will be coming [This is seen clearly in the screenshot which is added in this post], which will redirect to that site but the time has been a bit delayed !

So if you want to escape from this waiting time them take time to get registered at INB
